Reservations will be confirmed by email only
on receipt of deposit (50% of total cost) and fully completed booking form.
·
The balance of the total costs to be paid 3 weeks
prior to arrival, otherwise booking will be deemed to have expired and deposit
will be refunded as below.

The deposit (less £25 administration fee) will
be refunded only if the booking is cancelled at least 3 full weeks before the
day of arrival.
·
We do not accept Credit or Debit Cards.
·
We do not provide towels or linen. If required these will be provided at £5/person.
·
Access to the Cottage will be from 4pm on the
day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure.
·
It is recommended that guests take out their own
holiday insurance.
·
Visitors' personal effects are at all times
their own responsibility.
·
Visitors will be responsible for any loss or damage
other than reasonable wear and tear.
·
Car parking in the driveway is at car owner risk.
