Terms and Conditions

• A deposit of 50% of the total cost to be paid at the time of booking, with the remainder due 3 weeks prior to arrival;
• Reservations will be confirmed by email only on receipt of deposit;
• Cheques payable to S Morgan, Red Hart Cottage, Llanbedr, Crickhowell, Powys, NP8 1SR;
• The deposit (less £25 administration fee) will be refunded only if the letting is cancelled at least 3 full weeks before the day of arrival;
• Access to the Cottage will be from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure;
• It is recommended that guests take out their own holiday insurance;
• Visitors' personal effects are at all times their own responsibility;
• Visitors will be responsible for any loss or damage other than reasonable wear and tear.
